The Rocca degli Ulivi’s restaurant is located in the ancient farm watchtower. Renovated many years ago , it offers to the guests a warm and familiar atmosphere besides a wonderful valley view. The meals are prepared with farm own ingredients and with other local farmers and breeders products.
The cooking is enriched by many fantasy’s food as the “Strascinati with sage and almond sauce “, “the vegetables filled Peppers”, “the Cherry Tomatoes with onion and mint “and “ the red pumpkin’s Parmigiana”.
Many desserts are offered at lunch , dinner or at breakfast as the olive oil pie with black cherry jam ( as well as with apple and strawberry jam) or black cherry semifreddo sweet with ricotta cheese cream.One of the most fine ingredient used is the goat yogurt.
The restaurant is open at lunch and dinner from Tuesday to Sunday every week. Reservation is requested.
